Based on the centuries old Baltic Porter style, our recipe carefully blends a selection of dark malts with locally-sourced, surplus granary bread.

BEER STORY
Dark and deadly, this seasonal brew is one for the woodburner rather than the wakeboard. What started out as Nick’s passion project got rave reviews when we tested it out on our super-keen panel, so we’re letting it loose on the wider public. The strongest brew in our range so far, drink in moderation or accept that it’ll be a slow start in the morning.
And for the beer nerds amongst you, although created in the countries around the Baltic Sea (places like Poland, Finland, and Russia), Baltic Porter gained fame as a favourite with the porters who loaded ships on the London docks, hence the name.
