An easy-drinking, crisp pale ale with flavours of lemony citrus and spicy blackcurrant followed by a lingering bitter finish.
Our flagship beer combines British Maris Otter Pale malt and Bramling Cross hops with locally-sourced, surplus fresh bread.
Gluten Free and Vegan
Developed on the banks of Lake 99 (in our R&D Brewing Workshop), this classic pale ale is where our story began. It epitomises the fresh, clean-tasting beers we aspire to create. The recipe was honed over many socially distanced, lockdown brew days; but eventually we hit upon a combination of ingredients worthy of a Paul Hollywood GBBO handshake.
It’s a SMASH beer (single malt and single hop - we love our acronyms), but with locally sourced, surplus bread added to replace some of the grain and create a unique, easy-drinking pale ale.
Allergens: Contains gluten from malted barley and wheat. May contain soya, spelt and rye.
