In the fast-paced world of bar work, creating a motivated and harmonious team is about more than just kitting everyone out in CLB merch. It's time to tap into the power of team building, where we brew up a storm of laughter, camaraderie, and shared memories.
With our grand re-opening planned for Easter weekend, we’ll shortly be getting our bar team together for an afternoon of training, tasting and testing. I know what you’re thinking, but this is not (just) an excuse to have a few bevvies!
Sure, it’s useful for everyone in the team to know the CLB backstory, how to describe our beer range, and why we aren’t yet exporting our brews to all four corners of the globe. If you catch one of the original team members, they’d gladly bore your socks off with the journey so far, what the kingfisher is all about, why we still don’t have a Hazy IPA, and blah, blah, blah. But what’s more important is that everyone in the CLB gang feels invested in what we’re doing, where we’re going and how we’re going to get there.
So, when you next pay us a visit at the taproom, be prepared to say hello to some new beer connoisseurs itching to tell you all they know about Bramling Cross hops, fermentation vessels and International Bittering Units.
You have been warned.
